How do I take care of the matching family mugs?
As your mugs will have a unique print on them, they require special care. Do not wash your matching family mugs in hot water and do not use harsh detergents. Although our prints are highly durable, we would recommend you to hand wash your customized mugs to prolong their lifespan.
Do you have any recommendations on how to wash matching family shirts?
As it was with custom mugs, matching family shirts should not be washed in hot water. Do not add harsh bleach when you wash your t-shirts, and make sure the water temperature is 30ºC (86ºF) or lower.
When will I receive my order?
All of our matching family products are created for every customer individually, which might take some time. We do our best to print your mugs or shirts and deliver your order in the shortest time possible, therefore, please allow up to 7-10 working days for your items to reach you. Will I get my matching family shirts on time for Mother’s Day or any other holiday?
Mother’s Day as well as other family holidays are truly special for all of us. Will it be possible to track my order?
Yes. As soon as we ship your items, you will receive a special code that can be used for order tracking. Just follow instructions in the email, and you will be able to see where your order is at the moment!
I received a damaged item. What am I to do?
At FamsPride, we have a complex quality control system, starting from thorough material selection, and ending with pre-shipment inspection. However, if you received a damaged item, email us and attach product photographs. We will replace a damaged item with a new one, or provide you with a refund.
What if the products I received did not meet my expectations?
FamsPride has all the latest printing equipment and does all customization work in-house. We are very careful when it comes to choosing materials and ink for our products in order to minimize cases of producing low-quality products. Is it possible to cancel my order?
If we haven’t processed your order yet, it is possible to cancel it. As a rule, all orders are processed within 2 business days. Please text us at email@example.com, and we will cancel your order if we have not yet started working on it.
